Seriously though. If so, what's your primary goal? Is it to be strong? To have a good physique? Or just to be generally fit?
Personally I lift for physique. I like looking good. Being strong is good and all, but you'll be plenty strong if you bodybuild anyways.

I have some free weights at home that I'll lift every once in a while. I stand all day at my job, and sit all day at home and in class, so I lift just to stay in shape.
