Nobody in their right mind could declare that Rand Paul is working for the Russians. He has never taken significant actions in defense of Russia, or much Pro-Russian policy. It is clear that this further stems from the petty spats shot back and forth between McCain and Paul in foreign policy issues. Rand has often has taken isolationist stances, while McCain has pushed for support to many nefarious organizations.
