U.S. Army Training
The United States Army has begun it's training for returning Mexicans over the wall. While soldiers are already trained in the use of mortars for returning adults to their country, the proper method for returning children is now being practiced in middle eastern countries by hurling small children over walls and fences in the manner seen above.

That soldier is performing a new method of torture in which he dislocates the victims shoulders by swinging them around!
