Then his face is a light shade of blue with white markings, eyes and mouth are white as well. Personality: Roguish/comedic. A more in depth look would be that he likes joking around about almost everything, if it exists he'll find some way to make fun it. (Unless of course someone has died or something else tragic/super serious has happened.) He's roguish as in he'll bend the rules to get his way, whether it's by stealing from the vanguard and other vendors or by hearing direct orders and say -blam!- it and do things the "fun" way.
