Skorri Fix Ideas(Bring your Ideas)
Heres what I propose.
1.)Using Skorri Locks your artifact slot until the match ends.
2.)You lose radar.
So if you want to use Skorri you can get extra super energy for your teammates but you lose something. A Gain for losing something isn't a bad idea. So that way if they are camping with Skorri they may not see you coming and have to rely on their teammates to call out. Just throwing out ideas.
If anybody else has ideas run them in this thread. Lets give @Cozmo some ideas. They might like one of them and try it out.

My idea for fixing Skorris, is a good one, the best, I'd say. Remove pvp, it causes nothing but problems anyway, no one enjoys it, it quite clearly hasn't been thought through too well at all. This would leave us free to return weapons and subclasses back to their day one glory, and set us on a path where we can actually enjoy this game, and stop screaming at eachother about how eachothers subclass and weapon of choice is broken and needs nerfing. It's sad what this community and game have become, bungie need to sort it out, I thought I was here saving the universe with my buddies, not looking for the most efficient way to kill the few fellow humans I have left. Ultimately halo or cod or battlefield, or any other generic FPS will give you all a better competitive experience anyway, which kind of makes me wonder why people stay here and stay interested in a poorly designed, barely functioning, husk of a crucible. At this point it would seem they have stayed in order to bring about this games demise, I can no longer believe they stayed because they enjoyed it, it wasn't fun.

Simple. Pvp: It turns off Pve: It works the same

Skorris only works when your Super is activated, so do you lose your Super to charge your team mates faster or just use your Super to say, end a round.

I have an idea... Adapt... If Skorri gets nerfed because of PvP, then it will almost useless in PvE

Besides they have to have a super first for it to work , and if they have a super chances are your teams has one too. I never used the artifact in pvp or in general btw , i always use the enhanced radar one or the unlimited sprint .

There's nothing that needs to be fixed about skorris except how you play. If you're gonna just let the team camp it out knowing they have it then it's your fault.

There's very few maps where a team can camp an area and hold it for 2 minutes. Don't see a big problem tbh.
