Yes yes I know.
"Nobody even gives a crap about Exhumed."
Granted it isn't a perk that a lot of people want, it is still a perk nonetheless and we all have used weapons with such a perk. With this upcoming change to the special ammo economy in PvP any special weapon (except sidearms) with this perk will pretty much be a wasted slot.
Since you lose all ammo for special upon dying, how are you supposed to make use of the added range and handling bonus of Exhumed since you won't have any ammo on revive? The effect doesn't last long and probably not long enough to wait for more ammo to spawn.
"Why waste time talking about a perk no one likes or uses?"
It may not be a very popular perk, but I've drawn my fair share of shotguns and fusion rifles with this perk and it actually is a decent perk. Having to die to use it is kind of a nuisance but the added range and improved handling is noticable, especially in a frantic 1v1 when your shot must count.

Patch was reactionary, little to no proactive changes made. Exhumed is worthless in PvP for special weapons. Wasn't to good to begin with though. But still, too many small things overlooked. It's a shame.
-
In other news, replenish is now one of the most sought after perks for special weapons along with grave robber, cascade, and the old life support if you have a gun with it.
-
Just wait till they change the perk to "weapon has a chance to have a partial magizine after rez."
-
It needs to be removed from the game. It's instant weapon deletion or infusion.
-
Exhumed likely become a more PvE oriented perk similar to Mutiny.
-
Not that I use exhumed, but this should be looked into.
-
That's actually an excellent point. Bump.

The perk doesn't even drop on ROI weapons. Only last year weapons... so
-
Exhumed is terrible in any context. They need to just get rid of it.

Lol, a useless perk made more useless.
-
That's a good point.
