Blades been nerfed so many times with very little buffs because it has the highest kd. I don't think because a class has the highest kd means its OP. Am I wrong? Hope I'm not sounding rude.

    You're fine. Its just the way they do things from what I've seen. They just keep tinkering until the k/ds of the subclasses fall closer in line to each other. Every other subclass is .95-1.05 in that range but Blade is 1.1 consistently in every playlist. With 100,000s+ games with thousands of players that difference may seem small but its significant. Do I agree with how they nerfed it? No I think quickdraw is the main reason the subclass performs as well as it does. The super, jump, nades to me are irrelevant. All those things have cooldowns. Quickdraw is involved in every single engagement so to me they could buff a lot of things again and remove quickdraw for something else.
