My line of work is directly tied to Google. If you had paid attention you would see that it is a screen shot of a post in a clan chat. Upon closer inspection you would that the screen shot was sent to me and i uploaded it to imgur. TKOGaming also put out a video on this. I also never claimed it to be real.
