Anyway I can make the years I've been a member of Bungie from my old account to my current one?

Hi everybody, the issue that's been bothering me is when I linked my old bungie account to the current account I have now, the years that I spent as a bungie member has stayed as Legacy stats only. On my old account I've been a member sense 2009 (7 years) and I'd love that to be represented on my current account. The only things to change between the accounts was the email and gamertag. The accounts have already been link as well. The account in question is the following: https://halo.bungie.net/account/profile.aspx?player=bradmark My guess on the mater is because I've made this account my current/active and not my old account, that I can only show how many years this current account has been active. If anyone has any insight or solutions that'd be greatly appreciated.

  • Hey there, unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the Account Duration from your old bungie.net User Account to your new one. The Account Duration is absolutely restricted to the bungie.net User Account, and that Account alone, since the Account Duration is defined by the date when the bungie.net User Account was created. Your old Account has a duration of 7 Years. Your new one has a duration of 2 years. There's nothing that can be done. Sorry about that.
