This is why I respect people like Mr. Fruit, True Vanguard, and Datto. They respect their followers and try and help as much as they can. Whether that is through their humor, skill, knowledge, etc. They know that their followers got them to where they are and they treat them that way. I just cannot respect people like Professor Broman or Gothalion because they have lost sight of what got them to the place they are in now.

I agree.

You listed the only three destiny youtubers/streamers I like
-
It was the only three I could think of at the time. I also enjoy Ms. 5000 Watts, Sir Dimitrious, and a few others.

That's utter bs, he thanks people daily for getting him where he is. He just hosted a massive community convention where they raised over half a million dollars for charity.

Saying things out if habit that he says every day in order to coax the sheep is the opposite of sincerity.
-
I see streaming as entertainment, same as watching a really talented music act or busker in the street. Same as watching a football game or soap opera on TV. Now when he can use his status to raise 500k for a very good charity, how is that a bad thing?
-
The point it not that he did this but that he is treating everyone like shit and he has that athority. That's how you destroy your reputation and lose support. If your faking it don't stop faking it because once people know who you really are they will leave. I hand it to thouse who got where they are by being themselves. He knew about the event and as said he straight our treated his entire stream like a pieace of shit, basically being and entitled brat.
-
He just had 3k people watching him play zelda today, I think he's gonna be fine lol
-
Lol ya probably but actions like that tarnish your reputation. As someone body said it takes 20 years to build your reputation and 20 seconds to destroy it.
-
He doesn't care about what people think of him here, have you noticed that no big youtuber/streamer posts here....
-
Edited by Noir Renard: 2/1/2017 7:50:27 PMYep. But if it's posted here it wount show up anywhere else because they ban that. Honestly this is one of the most truthful forums because the mods don't ban you for saying anyhing negative. Most streamers if they came here would get alot of support honestly. This is the destiny forum made by bungie for destiny.
-
Lol you can't be serious. I'm muting you dude, you are beyond hope.
-
Ok go ahead and mute me? I'm not trashing broman that is the truth almost every other forum regulates there content heavily. Anyone can do as they please if you prefer reddit go there. I come to the bungie forum because there's almost always something redicules to look at or read.

Celebrities aren't defended for their bad attitudes just because they are entertainment, they are villainized for it.

I actually don't see anything wrong with his attitude, he gave EVERYONE a fair shot of getting the emblem. Not just the people that were trying to view against him. He was saying how awesome it would be for a random to get to the tower and see they got the emblem.....where is this shitty attitude you talk about? I've watched goth since the early days of borderlands 2, before the destiny community even heard of him and he's always been this way. He gives shit to people who give it to him, that's it. Otherwise he's a good guy, he gives shit to his friends as we all do.
-
From what it sounds like he was giving it to everyone. Also doing a coutdown dosen't effect the chance for some random to run into him. Dose everyone forget sbmm is a thing. It practically limits who can run into him anyway.
-
He got different people almost every time and he covered both xbox and PS. Don't think he could have been any fairer
-
Didn't say he didn't be fair. Just playing it is fair. It's the fact that there is plenty of people who are watching his stream to try and increase there odds of joining him. Honestly at that point he should have just said no and shut up about it and it would have gone alot better.
-
Try shutting 5k people in chat up dude, it's harder than you think.
-
Edited by Noir Renard: 2/1/2017 7:48:42 PMNo he should have stoped insulting them. It's definitely not easy but he didn't need to make himself loo badk All he had to say was simply no I don't do that you guys know better so don't expect anything else and he should have left it at that. Being assertive and yet still respectable, his stream also apparently got pritty bad because of his attitude. It also seems like he was having a bad day already as I think someone said he was cussing at the game the hole time.
-
I was there it was fine, he dealt with the toxic people by banning em. It's his channel he can run it however he wants dude.
-
Yep. He can do as he pleases. Got nothing bad to say about him honestly, from what he's done he's a pritty good guy. Can't please everyone.
-
Fox88cz - very underrated player. Doesn't complain and is a excellent trials player.
-
I would like to give a nod to that Mala Suerte guy as well. Class act.
-
Played him twice this last weekend, was 4-2 up in both, lost one (they went flawless , came back to win) next day, same again 4-2 up but we won that one for our flawless, both sweaty matches tbh.
