Heavy Ammo Synth Glitch
So I don't know how many of you have noticed, but while waiting to respawn sometimes it's handy to Chuck a synth on for your heavy or special ammo, my self and a few people I know have done this, the synth gets taken and you enter the 5 min cool down period but upon respawn it hasn't actually added any ammo
I went back into the inventory and the synth has been taken but not rewarded

Yeee you can't really use it while you're dead, or in orbit. The ammo won't properly refill, and as you know you're stuck waiting an additional 5 minutes.
