Im stilling mourning its death, I need some familiar names to cheer me up

1 ReplyI've never been in an LLC, however I would eventually like to have a private limited company that combines the pass-through taxation of a partnership or sole proprietorship with the limited liability of a corporation. I feel it's the best of both worlds for my business ventures.
