Decreased the starting strength for aim deflection (aka Flinch) 50% (now) to 25% (35% with HCR)
With every subsequent hit, the strength of deflection increases until you hit 100% max deflection
Overall Sniper ADS aim deflection multiplier decreased from 1.9 (now) back to 1.85x
Unflinching - Increased efficacy of the perk from 25% flinch (now) to 15% (pre nerf)
Grenades and Horseshoes perk activation radius buff 1M (now) to 1.2M
