Multiple people have redeemed codes on the Bungie website and have gotten their rewards from redeeming them as it's meant to be. But why are those codes being redeemed on the website and not the console? I lost my Nepal shader and emblem because my Bungie account got abandoned due to linking/unlinking problems (This was completely my fault, I didn't know you would lose all your redeemed items). I completely sucks how I had to learn the hard way because I did not know that website redeemed codes are for the Bungie account, not the Console account. If the code was redeemable on the consoles then it would be on the console account not the bungie profile. For example, if I redeem a Heart of Foundation emblem code on a new Bungie account with only one Playstation account linked to it, I'll get what I redeemed. Let's say I have another Bungie account with only one Xbox account linked to it and I want the Xbox and Playstation account to be linked on one Bungie account instead of having two separate Bungie accounts. If I were to link my Playstation account to the Xbox account then the Bungie account with the Playstation account will no longer have a console linked to it; this makes the account impossible to get back and now your Heart of Foundation is stuck on that account and you cannot get it back (It's a mouthful, but just read it slowly and you'll understand). There should be a way for us to get these abandoned Bungie accounts back so we can enjoy our hard earned rewards. You could make it where the account has archives of linked accounts and those archived accounts can gain access the that said abandoned account. Also you could make it where the codes should be console redeemed, NOT website redeemed (But of course still let us heart broken Bungie.net users revive our abandoned accounts) Please find a way to make it possible to revive our abandoned Bungie accounts, this will solve multiple problems. This will be the best thing since item managers, please work on this problem because multiple Bungie accounts are abandoned and piled with redeemed codes and rewards that people can no longer get back.
