Vooptastic Fusion Rifle

I am hoping I got a god-roll fusion rifle just now. It's a Dead Orbit Worlds to Come 001 on my Titan. Perks it has are Accelerated Coils / Snapshot Smallbore / Unflinching and Rangefinder. I would use Accelerated Coils, Smallbore, and Rangefinder. Is it a god roll or just scrap it?

Decent. Dont use accelerated coils though. It makes the gun worse. And yes, snapshot is useless, its better than the other one.
