The few (actually like 5-6) times I decided to try and get it done I either ended up in a bad team or one in which after getting to Warpriest a player would have to leave when real life reared its head, then bad off player throws off chemistry and others give up, so on and so forth. Every. Single. Time.
I want to get a group that knows it well and is patient to get it knocked out at least once, but really want the grimoire for ToM also.
Same goes for WotM. Only done it twice and both times guys have to leave once we're at Aksis, and my first time it was going fairly smooth, and we had all the monitors to kick off Outbreak Prime quest. I don't think anyone died at all up to Aksis aside from missing a jump going through the wall their first time, but after 2-3 wipes at Aksis, 1 guy bails, then another, then I'm hungry and/or ready for Netflix... and [i]chilling.[/i]
If there's anybody in this thread interested in helping out a vet who wants to get these raids done, by all means if you're on PS4 add me. Gamer tag is Waynard1724.

On PS4 I need to complete KF on my warlock, I also need to complete WoTM on my lock. Never able to complete hard mode oryx on any of my toon, but have completed hard WoTM on my titan.... I am more than willing to work through the raid with you, and have had much success with randoms from the100.com. I'm not a Sherpa, just a dedicated player who wants to blow stuff up... My suggestion would be to create an event (essentially schedule a raid) on that website and ask for a Sherpa (it's a box you click when you create it). This Thursday evening would be perfect btw..... Then send me a message on here, if you can send a link to that raid you scheduled and I will join up. You will get a full fire team, and most likely complete the raid....

Yeah I'll look into doing this. Easier for me to get [i]for sure[/i] blocks of time on weekends. I'm in the central time zone and during the week I might be able to be on for a few hrs in the evening or I might only get an hour, just depends, so I have usually tried to raid during weekends when it's less likely I'll be the guy running out of time and needing to leave.

Weekends are better for me also, scheduling is even better so I can set aside the time. I'm EST so that's all good.. it helps that I can tell the wife "I'm raiding at xxx time" so life is less likely to get in the way.... I'm game to fight through these with you Let's do this

Hell yes! I usually have at least 3 clan mates/friends online at the same time with the same goals. Many times we just need 1 more who knows the low down. Two of the guys have beaten KF and WotM and one started Destiny just before RoI and wants to get that raid experience under his belt. He's gotten all 3 characters to max light and has picked everything up very quickly as he is an experienced gamer. I'll check with them and see if there's a time Saturday or Sunday that works for everyone and send you a fr.

Well I can help you with all but wrath. Can't get a team to do it myself. And every one I know who plays the game finds the raid overated.

I did Wotm once. The dumbest raid ive ever played.

I actually had fun in most encounters. Siege engine was just silly imo. I absolutely hated every second of King's Fall, but I was doing my part(S) just fine and was willing to see it through.

Agree! Wotm was really fun especially the siege machine. Kings fall was a pain if you were on lfg.

Each time I started KF we usually had a group made up of players who played together often, but once real life snagged one or two and you had to get pick-up players it never took long to fall apart.

Yup! Happened every time, it got old real fast.
