I had an idea for a set of exotic class artifacts that I feel would be pretty bad ass in my opinion... And plus they would add a whole other style of combat that would benefit some players that enjoy that play style.
Intersynced perk on all exotic artifacts-
Passive ability: slows melee charge rate
brace;
holding sprint+melee enables the braced state which allows the partial blocking of melee abilities and reduce damage of grenades.
Guardian cannot walk while in braced state.
Titan: spear of efrideet "saladin, think you can handle that Walker?" "maybe, w..... RAHHHHH!!!!!"
Back off;
Replaces your basic uncharged melee ability with a punch that shoves enemies backwards. (doesn't work on bosses obviously)
Braced for impact;
When back off is used on a friendly guardian in the braced state allows guardian to throw friendly guardian a short distance. (1 jumps distance roughly)
Hunter: shadowjacks badge "assassinate, hide, repeat."
Take this!;
Replaces basic uncharged melee ability with a stab that pushes yourself backwards after a successful strike. (could work on walls possibly)
Into the shadows;
After a getting a kill with "Take this!" you turn invisible and are pushed backwards from the enemy. (7 second cooldown)
Warlock: Toland's shattered keepsake "when it broke... We knew."
Force-ful push;
Replaces basic uncharged melee ability with a blast of raw magic pushing enemies backwards.
Vampiric mind meld; successful kills with force-ful push drain a portion of the enemies grenade energy and fills yours with the equivalent amount. (7 second cooldown)
