I created a hunter about a week ago; bumped him to lvl 25 using the item from the digital something-edition, then quickly went to lvl 40 in a few days using bounties and a few quests. Got him to light 312 right away thanks to all the stuff I had stashed. And it's been a few days and I still get mostly green engrams when looting. In fact my 3rd char, a lvl 20 titan seems to get more blue engrams than the hunter. How does this work exactly - what do the engram drops depend on? I thought greens almost stop appearing at lvl 40.
