Buff Unflinching?
Hello,
I'll keep this simple and short... useless perk. Just buff it, please Bungie. Especially since you increased flinching anyway.
Support this post please, this perk needs a major upgrade.

might be useless on snipers - I wouldn't know. But it definitely shines in primary weapons. Especially with everybody & their mother running a high-cal Clever Dragon. It makes a significant difference in those primary gunfights.
