Buff Unflinching?
Hello,
I'll keep this simple and short... useless perk. Just buff it, please Bungie. Especially since you increased flinching anyway.
Support this post please, this perk needs a major upgrade.

I use it on my clever dragon and notice a huge difference when I go up against people with high cal rounds...thing shoots like a laser beam right through the flinch...maybe doesn't work on sniper but works on my clever dragon.
