Buff Unflinching?
Hello,
I'll keep this simple and short... useless perk. Just buff it, please Bungie. Especially since you increased flinching anyway.
Support this post please, this perk needs a major upgrade.

Been saving my unflinching snipers just incase someone at bungie pulls there head out of there a and makes the perk relevant.
