Why are so many people worked up?
Look, I'm no fan of Trump. I'm no fan of any elected official, actually. In fact, I'm no fan of any government official. I'm really not even a fan of government to begin with, if we want to put it lightly.
However, I just want to remind people of one thing.
Number of people that Trump has thrown into concentration camps - 0
Number of people that President Franklin Delano Roosevelt threw into concentrations camps - 110,000 - 120,000
Statism is statism. I don't care whether you believe Trump is a political messiah here to rescue you from rabid college students, or whether you believe he's an outspoken, malevolent white supremacist itching to deport every immigrant down to the 3rd generation.
It only ever matters if he has power, and now he does. This particular brand of power isn't exactly a safe one. Democide alone accounted for over [i]a quarter of a billion deaths[/i] in the 20th century, which means that governments are [i]six times more dangerous[/i] than the battles they fight between one another.
On that depressing note, I wanted to ask a question. What abstract moral reasoning can you draw upon to say that slavery, concentration camps, and state-sanctioned genocide are all morally impermissible? At least give slavery a whack, since I've encountered an alarming number of people who can't provide a reason for slavery being immoral that doesn't contradict other ideas they hold.

2 RepliesHonestly, he's already working to boost the economy. I disliked Obama, heavily. I dealt with it, and his first 4 years weren't terrible. The second 4.... Well.... Anyway, the Democrats need to give him a shot. He's got 4 years to do what he wants, just like Obama did when he won a similarly controversial election in 2008... And 2012.... I'm still disappointed in Romney.

That's why they nitpick at every little thing he does. Why do you think there's never pro Trump coverage unless it's on Fox news? And why do you think Fox is bashed for it? Not to mention all major news and entertainment outlets like huffpost, salon, CNN, buzzfeed, MTV etc. put out anti-white material and think it's totally fine.

5 RepliesI really don't care about the elections or who won. No matter whos wins I say you get what you voted for. Although it does bug me when people say trump will bring back slavery. That can't be done it's against the 13 amendment.

5 RepliesSlavery isn't immoral if you have no morals to begin with or if you believe that slavery isn't immoral. Arguing morals will always be a losing battle because it's subjective and depends on point of view. Most people are taught that slavery is bad, and it is very cruel to put the body in nearly unlivable conditions and force it to perform the same hard task day after day with little care.

Slavery is the act of trivializing a person's existence into property. I'd say that this is wrong on multiple levels, both morally and intellectually, as it is essentially denial of the reality of being human.
