Ghosts are fragile things, evident in the Iron Lord grimiore. The way that Felwinter destroys the ghost of the Warlord Citan is easy. Just a single shotgun blast.
Now let me bring something up. In playlists that allow revival between teammates, such as Salvage or Trials of Osiris, your ghost is protected by force field like shields. Have you noticed them? They're blue.
In the Perun grimiore, they continuously stand in front of each other's ghosts to avoid being killed. With those force fields, you don't need that.
But, look at Mayhem playlists, or clash, or even control. When you die, your ghost has no force field around it. Why is that? If it is true "chaos" like shaxx says, then why does your ghost have no protection?
I would like you guys to think about this. Maybe there are unspoken rules in the crucible. We don't know. It's our job as the community to theorize the lore. Think about it some. Thank you.

Killing another Guardian's Ghost is more of an actual rule for Guardians than an 'unspoken' one. Other rules would be things like no summoning sparrows on maps with the exception of the three or four large maps and using ammo synthesizers. Ghosts have thier own rules to abide by in the Crucible as well, especially in the more intimate game modes. Don't worry about trying to explain mundane game mechanics through lore, otherwise you'll find yourself trying to explain why Guardians need a visual notification for when they can use a super instead of..you know just feeling that it's ready.
