Abaddon and Nova Mortis: Wasted potential for exotics.
Hear me out before you go "BUT PEOPLE WANTED THESE SINCE TTK" I didn't even know about these weapons or the video until a couple of months ago and I had no desire for a reskin/different element version of another exotic.
I actually honestly feel like these are wasted potentials of weapons that, while similar, could have been unique in their own right.
As it stands, these were supposedly prototypes of the finished product which is the Thunderlord. It would have been nice to see some actual changes from each lord mainly in the changing of Archetypes. It would have been nice to see them take the rolls of the other 2 archetypes of machineguns (High-Rof, Low impact and Medium-RoF, Medium Impact).
It just seems a waste that there wasn't some difference between the 3 in some way other than "Lol here's a different element".

You wanted them to be like the exotic swords? That would have been fun, but everyone pretty much wanted them to just be solar and void versions of thunderlord based in the thread ls that were started almost immediately after the release of TTK. Maybe with the next game. I'd prefer they just move on and use their ideas for destiny 2 or whatever they decide to call it
