House of Wolves trigger

I bought Destiny the collection and input the codes, I used the lvl 40 spark of light, but the House of Wolves missions aren't showing up... any idea what triggers it?

I believe you have to make it far enough in the story to meet the Queen. At least, that's how it use to be.
