Abilities: can manipulate snow to his desire (takes up a lot of his energy to do big stuff). can also shift shape as long as the DNA of what he shifts into has been inserted into him somehow (methods include injection, consumption, etc.) Is also an exceptional cook, capable of making anything as long as he's briefed on how to make it. Also has telepathy, but its limited to where he can only talk to people mentally and read emotions (and thoughts if they think loud enough) May or may not have a "cycle", so to speak.
