Hm.. I think we'd get along well enough. Probably not best friends, but we'd get along. As for whether we'd survive, that depends on 2 things; 1. Who/what we're upagainst. 2. What kind of scrap we could find, to build machines. If it's just our Earth, with no outside invasion we're probably fine. Lay low, until we gather pieces for a battle suit or something.
