Viking funeral was suppose to prevent your enemies from gaining back their health. Now it does more damage for a short ammount of time.
What if the old vicking funeral came back but here is what I would change.
(Viking funeral burns enemies for a longer time but does less damage.) I know this sounds under powered but if the duration lasted long enough to total up to do more damage than it does without VF (about 3 or 4 percent more damage in total) that way it would still prevent people from healing while being a good perk to come to. The current VF would still be active and the amount of damage VF does can stack up to 4 times (Used to be 3).
Other buffs:
Fire bolt and flame shild are unnerfed.
Radient will last 3 more seconds longer.
Solar wind pushes people back even more. (people can die if they hit walls)
Song of flame has a larger AOE, gives allies more agility and recovery, can allow you and other allies to deal more damage or have increased armor only for allies (Witch ever isn't OP, or both).
Fireborn makes the young wolf's howl animation all around you dealing only burn damage (can push people to walls).
[b]Heart of the praxic fire[/b] ninja nerf is removed (I noticed it back when ttk droped).
Angle of light last 5 seconds longer, gives more accuracy while airborne, and unlocks icarus (Bonus accuracy while air born) on all guns. (Also applies to the titan helmet)
While in radience, Disiplin and strength are maxed out, you have both increased throwing distance and melee attack speed, the old vicking funeral procks (you still deal more damage to enemies when ignited whether you VF on or not), all grenades ignite (weather you have touch of flame on or not), and all melees are active (once you melee someone, they are pused back and can explode next to someone while giving you an overshild at the same time), and melee charge time is increased like the grenades.
Starfire protacall has a chance to give you another grenade if you get a kill with a grenade.
Purifier Robes takes away the radience duration penalty.

That was the whole issue (taking players out of combat for a long time). I actually like the new debuff functionality idea of the new version, but it is god awful or doesn't feel effective. It requires [b]WAY[/b] too much perk investment for a debuff that only lasts 2.5 seconds and makes you only do 5% more damage. It doesnt even reset the debuff timer if you are able to hit them with multiple grenades. It also only works on the initial hit, so a target wandering into a solar grenade will not be affected. The new debuff needs to have an extended duration and damage increase
