Can Wrath gear be rerolled into Gold 12 Tier?
Just like the title says.
I'm wanting to know if I can get tier 12 with weath gear. I know it would be easier to get vendor items and other drops, etc. I just want to be able to have tier 12 with my fully ornamented wrath sets

Every piece of gear that's infuseable has a chance of dropping with Tier 12 value stats, I even have a 400 blue Artifact with 128 stats total, my legendary one has 127, crazy right!?
