KF weapons weren't great and every other raid had specific rolls, so point invalid.

Not at all, he said the iron banner and trials weapons could change their rolls, all y3 trials weapons are decent apart from the shotgun (auto pulse and scout are amazing) and IB has a slew of good weapons that are good

A legendary kiosk should only be for unique Legendaries and raid gear, everything else no.

Right, i feel as though it should only be raid gear only (maybe trials and IB as reclaimable, not rerollable) if they had set rolls maybe rotating like the weekly vendors 3 marks would be fine
