Why is everything so resource expensive? If I've already beaten each raid five times, why the hell do I need 100 legendary marks? It only takes 1 exotic shard and 2500 glimmer for exotics, so why not 5 legendary marks and 2500 glimmer instead?
Shy away from requiring so much material unless you're going to provide a more efficient and reliable and less boring way of acquiring more.
Also, let's please stay away from elemental burns and make enemy shields non-elemental instead. The elemental burns really don't do anything elemental anyway. Give those raid weapons some intrinsic perks.
-VOG weapons doing bonus damage to Vex (Oracles included) and a boost to recovery after a kill.
-Crota's End weapons doing bonus damage to Hive and gaining a boost to reload speed after a kill.
-King's Fall weapons doing bonus damage to Taken + Cocoon (with an indicator showing they actually reloaded your weapon)
Also, some set perks and an additional perk where cocoon was since it'd be combined with Will of Light.
-Wrath of the Machine weapons are fine as is unless anyone wants to alter them.
Prison of Elders should have various types of weapons for each enemy type with an intrinsic perk that does bonus damage to each faction with some special ability to help deal with certain enemy types, like damaging through a Phalanx shield.
