Like it all except the armor has twist fate option... make them rendomly eoll when yoi grab them out of the kiosk because people woild get god armor with twist fate option on them

well if I don't have a hand cannon hand cannon loader is useless to me, same with ammo perks, and some misc perks are trash plus t12 armor for high stats. [spoiler]Armor perks matter[/spoiler]
