It seemed so easy — just continue what was set-up by Greg Bear back in 2012. Now, instead, we're fighting to stop Judgement Day at the hands of Skynet. Precursors and the return of the Forerunners are getting further and further away as the series progresses. Story arcs that should've been implemented into the games are instead used in graphic novels and vice versa. Sad times when a spin off narrative is more interesting than that of the mainline games. Surely they can't fumble Halo Wars 2.
