Bungie's Colors Are Unorthodox; Thorn Ornaments Ruined

I should note, when it comes to aesthetic things can get highly opinionated. Bear that in mind. I'm going at this from mostly just Ornaments, but in truth nearly 80% of Shaders in this game have like, an insane amount of clashing colors that are just incredibly distasteful and undesirable. What's up with that? I get variety, but variety means nothing if it's obligated to be ugly. And yeah I know this is an opinionated argument, but I am pretty confident most players don't touch at least 50% of the Shaders even when they're just trying new things one. People want cool, matching colors more often than anything else. That's what we crave. So now, I have a question about the Ornaments. Just what the -blam!- did you do to Thorn's Ornaments? They looked bleak. Yeah, hardly much change, etc. etc. So what, you just do a massive smear of magenta on one and aged bone on the other and BAM!, you think it's somehow an improvement? These Ornaments have been downgraded. Thorn's whole appeal is a sleek black weapon glowing green. You gave people more glow on one and more tarnished metal on the other. Great base ideas. What you needed to do from there, was do to Thorn what you did to Dragonsbane* Bad Juju. Rework the base model significantly! Just warp it into something new without ruining the Thorn aesthetic. What you did looks like you melted Thorn into a waxier looking substance, maybe glued a few extra spikes, and splashed magenta all over it. The other one looks like you had an argument between white or milk chocolate and couldn't come to a decision so it tapers between the two. (Hyperbole, obviously.) Both of these skins needed a bigger design appeal, but putting ugly colors on them wasn't it. What's so frustrating about it is that the Community has literally been throwing ideas at you for -blam!-ing years! YEARS! There has been Rose Concept/Fan Art for ages! People want to know what Thorn looked like before it was corrupted! (You Crimson Days mothers better be writing this down! ROSE ORNAMENT, GET IT DONE!) And you literally waste everyone's time with this mediocre act, scraping the bottom of the bucket. And what's even worse is some of us were actually tempted by these Ornaments before you ruined them. "An edgier, glowier Thorn?" If we're settling for mediocre, this would have been a splendid goal to stop at. But no, not Bungo. Bungo has to royally -blam!- things up worse before considering a job well done. Seriously. Whoever's making the design choices here, politely tell them to put down the color palette. There are combos of colors that shouldn't even be legal. It's one thing to have a bunch of useless Shaders, but now you're putting pieces of crap on the Eververse and expecting to turn a buck? Good luck with that. I don't even need to bring up every other Ornament that exists to know they're bad. If this Ornament shit show wasn't RNG-based, half of these Ornaments would've never sold let alone been equipped.

Ya, I like the variety of shaders. It just seems like they designed them on a certain class and armor set and didn't realize it would look like shit on every other piece of gear. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of bad ass shaders. Each shader just doesn't look good on everything.
