For all of the uneducated, it has always been called "Climate Change." Unfortunately that doesn't get headlines, so the term Global Warming was used to describe Carbon dioxide's effect on the climate. It's characterized as slow warming punctuated by extreme events: such as hurricanes or snow in Hawaii. Also 99% of the warming is occurring at the poles, and the runoff there dictates the circulation of the world's oceans, thereby causing these weather events. All of the science is already there. A consensus has been reached.
