It was covered in Chitin, and with Hardened Flesh covering the Beast in armor, impervious to mere mortals. After its previous encounter with Daltec, its upper jaw was missing, and had not regenerated. Neither had the Lower Jaw, which had been split into three sections and reinforced with Marrow and Fangs. It had no eyes except for the massive oculus in its forehead, and even that was blind, yet it could see all with the Telepathic abilities it used to communicate. It had felt many minds fall to dust around it as it awoke, but felt no sorrow, for ‘twas a cruel and heartless beast, despite having two of them. It had arms stretching wide over the cosmos, ending in pincers, clutching at the vacuum of space. Its legs were naught but useless, floating behind it like the legs of a Broken Crab. It searched with the eye of devouring, and found the essence of Daltec’s mind, the raw emotion of its worst enemy, and best Nightmare. The beast roared once more, and charged at the Arc Shade, simultaneously creating a rift behind him. Daltec was caught in the grasp of the Leviathan, and sent sprawling into the portal, with the Demon ‘swimming’ after him. The portal closed, and Erax sighed, “That was a quick end to a relationship that never began...” Dead Orbit troops ran by him. His comms lit up. It was the Peasant Guard. And everyone else fighting in the ships just was silent waiting from orders. Alan: “What the hell? You said we weren't going to fight anymore Hive! Damn you Erax!” Byf: “You really can't tell, can you? The thing has been taken care of. Thanks to Daltec.” Okey: “In the meantime we've got a fleet to worry about! Message to any and all Guardians who can pilot: GET IN THE AIR AND FIGHT THESE GUYS! WE'RE DYING OUT HERE!” Erax ran to the hangar. Outside he saw utter chaos. Then a flash of flame. The Warlock Commander had self resurrected. She was throwing fusion grenades at ships flying past. One down. She was going seriously to destroy them. And with a burst of Gunfire, the Warlock died once again. Aion was jumping from ship to ship slaying Concordat. Erax was turning on his ship's engine when the Dead Orbit cruiser was hit. The massive ship began to tip forwards and downwards. Erax turned on the engine and without prepping flew out from the Cruiser. Lightning, void, and flame flew across the void that was this open space. Erax pulled downwards to duck below the battle zone. He planned to singlehandedly destroy the rear engines of the Concordat Capital Ship. The only parts keeping it together. Janus jumped from the Capital Ship Hangar. Erax who had managed to get Alan and Kiria to join him in his assault on the rear. Nothing should be able to stop them now. A flash of Arc flew across the space. Janus had commenced his fist of Havoc. He struck Kiria in her ship's engine. She attempted to eject. Nothing was working. Janus then tore open her cockpit and grabbed her out by the neck. In her face screaming she yelled to Alan. “FIRE!” The Peasant Guard member fired. Janus was killed. He dropped Kiria back through space. Alan jumped from his ship and grabbed her hand. He tossed her through space into his ship. Then the Hunter looked upwards at the Looter he had saved. He'd done his duty. For loot and honor. He fell through space and when the rear engines were in view he fired his shadowshot. The engine hit exploded off and tethered the others. Erax and Kiria flew off to the back and fired. On board, the Concordat knew it was over. What remained of the ship after that beast came from the rupture was now going to be destroyed. Miraculously the Hunter commander, Hades was swimming through space. He grabbed Athena and his High Caliber Hawksaw. Through space a signal was heard from him. “EMERGENCY TEMPORAL SHIFT!” The Hunter and Warlock Commanders of the Concordat teleported away. Then the Concordat fleet flashed and was gone. Aboard the damaged Dead Orbit Cruiser, the Vanguard and Faction leaders were plotting and panicking like a war room during the London Blitz. Cayde was the first to ask the overall question. Cayde: “Uhh. Hello, did anyone else just realized they completely teleported away?” Ikora: “I'm sorry Cayde. I believe my vision may be impaired. Yes, I saw that.” Zavala: “Thanks for stating the obvious once again Cayde!” Shaxx: “Cowards, I've seen single Guardians leave the Crucible but never have I seen a whole fleet.” Then the glass that kept the air within the bridge was blown apart. A Golden gun had destroyed the glass. From outside. Hades, Athena, and someone who appeared to be Lysander floated outside accompanied by several other highly armed Concordat troops. With a blaze of bullets the three commanders and troops thrusted in towards the ship. [GR] Concordat Zavala ran up to face Lysander. They engaged in a battle of fists. Then from behind, the Executor of New Monarchy began to fire his Righteous VII at the Concordat former leader. Lysander grabbed Hideo by the arm and slammed him over his head into the ground. Zavala put on his helmet. Then he took out his Conspiracy Theory-D. Bam. One shell into Laysander. Not dead yet. The Concordat leader began to choke Zavala who helplessly squirmed in weakness. He would die here. The entire world around him kept moving. Cayde and Shiro fought Hades together. But much like Zavala they were not enough. Hideo finally got up and put on warlock armor. He then rushed at Lysander. The former leader took a massive sword from his back and cut off Hideo’s hand. He whacked down Hideo as well. “I’m much stronger this time old fool!” Lysander yelled out at the Executor he had downed. Zavala slid down and shot at Lysander. said Vanguardian punched outwards and the jumped back and summoned his Ward of Dawn. Then he ran out with Raze Lighter in his hands. The two commanders slammed their blades together for what seemed to be eternity. Hideo who was downed crawled over to see the others and help however he could. Cayde, Shiro, Lakshimi, and Arach Jalaal were now all up against Hades. This hunter had unmatched power. Who was he? He grabbed his Golden gun and returned to blinking, shadestepping, and shooting at the same time as stabbing. Then the hunter did something impossible. In a burst of green light a spear appeared in his hands. Poison was his. Hades threw the spear into Shiro then tore it out stabbing it at Lakshimi. Both fell and Arach Jalaal an as the Dead orbit does. Hideo crawled forwards. Then a golden gun bullet hit Hades. It was Cayde. He jumped up fired his last 3 shots, threw his knife and brought down Hades. Then as the Hunter vanguardian aimed his Ace of spades at Hades a yell came from behind him. Then a bullet flew through his face-plate. Hydraulic fluid flew from the back of his head. Athena had shot him. Hades got up and grabbed Cayde’s Ghost. He tore it’s shell off. The poor creature was in so much agonizing pain it couldn’t escape. Then the knife thrusted into the Ghost’s eye. Athena then used Cayde’s hand cannon and shot him in the head. He would die soon. The world around the exo went into slow motion. Zavala turned his head to see his friend dying. The Titan vanguard plunged his Raze Lighter into Lysander, killing him, and ran towards Cayde. Hades fired his Golden gun and turned downed Zavala. He turned around seeing Athena and Ikora fight. Fired. Ikora down too. Athena and the rest of the Concordat teleported away now. Then, Hades pressed a button on the console and the cruiser began going downwards on a collision course with Earth.
