Destiny Clan Wars Event - Iron Banner Rift - destinyclanwars.com
Sign up to this website for free, once logged in, the website will track you and your entire clan you are a member of. It's a score based leaderboard, with three tiers separating the clans based on size. To score points, each member of your clan need only to participate in the match type of the event that is on.
In this case, it's Iron Banner Rift. So for every match of Rift in IB you or a clan mate complete, you score points. The base value of points scored is the same as the amount you earned in that match ingame. The base score then has modifiers applied to it to give you your clanwars match score.
For Example, in this event the following modifiers will be in affect.
-50% for quitting or losing the match
+15% for everytime you pick up the Spark
+40% for every grenade kill
+5% for every same clan member in your fireteam for that match.
There are no prizes, just bragging rights, but the competition between clans can still get heated to vie for top place.

Clan wars is also a great way to track your stats for the week. You can really see how well you are performing.

Love me some clanwars and Iron Banner action! Don't think I will grind all 3 toons this time though. Not much incentive for me right now with my toons being 398, 397, and 397.

Love clanwars especially at Iron Banner time. Definitely sign up your clans and Deej and Cozmo should have done a community spotlight on this a long time ago!

I'm terrible as my clan will tell you at least twice with screenshots and diagrams, but clan wars is truly wonderful.
