Hey there, As Ace mentioned, some of the Year 3 (Rise of Iron) Faction class items are not properly registering for the Exotic Faction class item quests. Bungie is aware of this issue and actively investigating for a fix. Do you happen to have any Year 2 Faction class items or a Faction [u]Spektar[/u] variant class item? The Year 2 and Spektar class items are not affected by this issue. If you do not have any, you can still possibly receive a Spektar class item from ranking up and opening a [b]Chroma[/b] Armor package for the given Faction.
