I am angry as well as hundreds of others in these forums.... there is clearly a severe issue with your system ROBBING people of money when they paid for silver and not receiving it..... there is literally hundreds of threads on it right now. Your generic "fill this form out" and then we get a generic "we're looking into it" cookie cutter email is a f---ing joke, an utter waste coming out of a multi-million dollar game developer........ why hasn't anybody from Bungie publicity acknowledged this massive issue going on?!? Why the hell is the Eververse store still active if the silver does not actually download. Why is Bungie STEALING from its customers. It is THEFT by definition of the law. I luckily got my refunds through Microsoft, but it seems others were unable to get theirs. Fix your f---ing game Bungie. Refund your customers, disable your cash grab station until it is actually fixed!
I was robbed by Bungie back during Festival of the Cost, so we're talking a month now since this issue for myself personally with NO response from Bungie.

Playstation does not want to refund my wallet and says Bungie must fix it on our end. SRL is coming soon and I'd like to have my silver in time for it. This situation is just absurd. Last thing I want to do is whine on a forum but here we are spending money and not receiving what we bought.
