1. Not everyone has. (Also, just because you violate it once doesn't mean that you can violate it again. The rules on this site are not that strict, getting banned more than once is a sign that you don't know how to follow rules.) 2. Well not everybody shares your mindset. In fact, I doubt that over half the dojo thinks that it is ok.
