We can play serious in heavy competition such as the crucible playlists. We can play casually in tight groups such as in the strike playlists and patrols. But we must keep team play tight, functional, and enjoyable. [b]Effort is the key.[/b] The more focused you are the better your engram drops; the more energy you channel the more fun and exciting each game becomes. Some elements of the game are purely focused on the mental state of the player. Playing you find that each Guardian has an actual aura (a ring around them that is radiant from the light of their spirit) that is somewhat synergistic with your own aura: it means you can channel some elements into the control of your Guardian that make it fit you. Get that rhythm going, the muses of the soul; and play hard. Together the three of us are a cord of intention: the six of us together unified at the core of the invention. We hope to see you in our ranks. **Side Note** There are 3 crucible tiers each member joins in and progresses through and holds: [b]T1[/b] -[i]Fireteam has met at least five times (forming a basic understanding among the nine of us) already and each player maintains a consecutive K/D Ratio of at least 1.0. This team is preliminary.[/i] [b]T2[/b] -[i]Fireteam has met at least five times already and each player maintains a consecutive K/D Ratio of at least 1.5 - 2.0[/i] [b]T3[/b] -[i]Fireteam has met at least five times already and each player maintains a consecutive K/D Ratio of at least 2.5 - 3.0[/i] Team play is not by any means limited to these groups. You don't have to team up with the same people each time but keep the members of your tier in special priority. They should be your closest allies among our ranks. To progress through the ranks to the top tier simply demonstrate adequate metal in our PVP battles. There will first be placement rounds. After your first five games with a full team of clanmates we can place you in a tier depending on your KD. After initial placement you won't leave your tier unless otherwise allowed. The idea is relatively new so I haven't decided how I will rotate the tiers other than monthly evaluation. If your KD rises by the new month you can play for a new tier by challenging a Current tier. (This would have to be some sort of head to head battle. Either a strike, PoE, or a free for all crucible match). This will be a great way to keep relations within the clan and get stronger through strict competition with each other especially. [i]Once you're accepted into a tier you don't ever have to move to another unless you are challenged and forced to change.[/i]
