which one of my 7 pulse rifles is the best?

Waltz and pdx are good also. I have a pdx 41 on my hunter and a waltz on my titan.

Grasp has the best base stats, but it's perk selection is garbage, but put counter balance, braced frame, feeding frenzy on a clever dragon and grasp. The grasp would probably win. What makes clever dragon so good is that it can get high call rounds with braced frame for max stability and a -blam!- load of flinch. They're both good guns.
