Basically I did a SBMM experiment to see if Bungie actually prioritized "Connection" over Skill and these are the results I got from the 10 games I played. ALL games were played in Control today. Click Link above.

Btw how do you find these details, is it only via your router? I'd love to show Bungie my waiting times in orbit and how many red bars I run into.

The Bungie Defence force will be here soon for your re-education. Negative opinions about Bungie and Destiny are not allowed on the forums under their jurisdiction.

Edited by breyn07ps: 11/21/2016 10:54:25 PMSo 31% mix of red and yellow bar connections over 10games. That's really high especially considering this would just get worse the closer you're to a top 1% pvp player Your time in orbit seems reasonable (still way faster with pure cbmm), I'm in Australia and usually average >4min
The connection bars we show in-game are designed to give you a moment-to-moment idea of how good or bad each player's connection is to all other players in the game (not to our servers). There are many factors that go into determining your color on the coded scale. Even if your own connection is the best it can be, terrible performance elsewhere on the Internet can still compromise your experience. When you see a red or yellow bar next to somebody’s name, it indicates problems with their average connection to other players (and usually to you, too).
https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/44307/7_This-Week-At-Bungie--02042016 In other words, a player's connection bar is a poor indication of their connection strength.
