Over a year and still no friend list

Why do I have no friends list, it's daily, it's actually from the Second I log into my destiny.
I'm getting tired of this bungie.
I'm on ps4.
I've deleted destiny off my ps4 and reinstalled everything, and it still does this. This has been going on for over a year now...

8 RepliesBungie is actively investigating issues with the list not populating at times. It's possible to work around it when it occurs by joining a player through the PS/XBL friends list.
