Tonight in the Archon's Forge I happened to run across the latest incarnation of Randal the Vandal. His cousin Sylvester the Splicer. I came into someone else's Forge and afte the round had ended I noticed that there was still a radar blip. I went to investigate under the back emeny spaw tunnels and found a cloaked Splicer Scout, just standing there looking at a wall. I decided he wasn't supposed to be there, so I shot him. He charged me, and I unloaded my Grasp of Malok into him only to find tha the word [i]Immune[/i] kept rolling off of him. He uncloaked and proceeded chasing me into the Forge where 3 other guys were checking their inventories, until they noticed the Splicer chasing me and myshooting him with no effect. One of the other players started a Perfected Siva Offering. Sylvester hunkered down over by the left enemy spawns. Throughout the rest of my time in the Forge, Sylvester pursued all of us whenevr we interupted his space. We tried all manner of weapons, supers, hammers, nothing killed him.

As you can see, the round has clearly ended, and Sylvester has no plans of leaving.
After that particular clip, I tried to coax him over so I could try to knock him into the lava around the left prison cell. He wouldn't fall in no matter what.
This is the end of round 8. You can see, he still won't give in.

Eventually I had to go unload engrams, and left.

This happens when someone uses the memory of timur when the round is about to end. The enemy affected will not despawn (because it is friendly at the time) but the game thinks it despawned so the enemy becomes immune.
