Faction packages aren't giving me any guaranteed drops
Fix the faction packages because I get nothing but strange coins and motes of light most of the time which is very odd. Please patch.

I have the same issue. Just opened a package for new monarchy and lord shaxx, got strange coins and motes of light from both... likelihood of that is pretty small. No, nothing in postmaster...
