As much as I complain about stuff in this game...I always end up playing it. Wether it's friends, or just because it's muscle memory at this point....whatever.
I NEED A BREAK. I'm burnt out on it.
So I asked my 9 year old to hide the shit. Lol
We'll see how they goes
I NEED A BREAK. I'm burnt out on it.
I'd say you're on the right track. I found myself playing way too much and was always drawn back to it. We all have our reasons we need a break (for me it was the whole SBMM mess) and finally get to the point where we should leave for a bit. I planned on just taking 2 weeks off. It felt strange at first but then 2 weeks became a month, became 2 months, became 3 months. I actually wasn't even interested to come back but already had the RoI preorder so I knew I would give it a shot when it released. Long story short, I'm so glad I took that break. I enjoy the game so much more now. I can care less about BS rewards, redbar lobbies, and many of the decisions that Bungie makes. Getting away from the hamster wheel grind opened my eyes to why I really want to play... My only goals now are to have fun, laugh with friends, and relax. If I'm not getting that in my free time, there's this great 50" box across the room with sound and moving pictures. Time is valuable, enjoy what you're doing while you're doing it.

Just break the disc and never look back. I'm at this point. Currently looking at reviews for all the quality games I've been missing due to Destiny turning me into and ignorant, closed minded, lazy, fool.

You are going to notice he disappears for hours at a time. Then he will tell you there no time to explain why he has no time to explain (or something like that) as he disappears again.
