[spoiler]Her name is Velinnea Stoik. She sort of comes from a battle that's a little different from the canon universe; basically the Republic try to go after Nute Gunray and them on Mustafar before episode III. She ended up being a sole survivor and ended up being thrown here on Tatakai. She's from Mandalore as well, and leads a small Republic army on the planet.[/spoiler]
