Yet another AAA release with shit performance on PC. Isn't it convenient that Bethesda changed their review policies just before they pushed out this garbage?

Preorders likely have nothing to do with this. They never have. The facts that the PC is likely their smallest market, the variability of components and interactions inherent to PCs, and the likely financial pressure to release on time restricting QA are all much more significant factors than preorders.
