They all suck. Especially the pulse rifles. Use herja-d for example. It has horrible stability and range, and no proper perks to even fix this. The hand cannons have horrible range and one of the worst recoil patterns I've ever seen. Look at the stats and you will see that no one uses them. Edit: I just picked up a god roll lyudmila-d with counterbalance and hand laid stock. The gun still kicks like crazy and is difficult to control. The pulse rifle needs a base stability boost.
